Even with insurance, victims of vehicle crime
face an increase in insurance premiums and it has been estimated
that the average direct cost of having your vehicle stolen
is £4,700, even with fully comprehensive insurance,
not to mention hassle and disruption to daily life, travel
rearrangements and finding a replacement vehicle.
Should the unthinkable happen to you, you'll
be glad you chose TRACKER, the UK's number one stolen vehicle
recovery company offering an extensive and competitively priced
range of products that brings peace of mind to vehicle and
plant equipment owners.

TRACKER stolen vehicle
recovery systems have a Thatcham Category Q listing.
This means they meet the highest standards set out by
Thatcham, the industry's official body for approving
security products.
Many insurance companies recognise the
many benefits of TRACKER and most policies carry a discount
where a TRACKER system is fitted.

TRACKER stolen vehicle recovery systems work
like an electronic homing device. A covert transmitter is
hidden discretely in one of several dozen places around your
vehicle. There is no visible aerial or other identifying feature
so the thief can't see it and won't know it's there.
Even if your vehicle is taken to France or Spain, or actually
stolen whilst you are in either of these countries, TRACKER
can still locate your vehicle.
Stage 1:
Vehicle owner contacts TRACKER HQ and the police to inform
that their vehicle has been stolen.
Stage 2:
TRACKER HQ activates the unit hidden in the stolen vehicle.
The vehicle is now emitting a silent land based radio signal.
Stage 3:
The silent signal can now be picked up by any of the UK's
52 police forces that are within the vicinity of the stolen
vehicle. The signal will direct the police to the exact
location of the stolen vehicle.
Stage 4:
On customer request, a uniformed guard waits with your vehicle
until it is recovered to a destination of your choice -
anywhere in mainland Britain. This service applies only
to stolen vehicles located within mainland Great Britain.
Stage 1:
If a TRACKER Monitor equipped vehicle is illegally moved,
a movement sensor hidden in the vehicle sends a signal to
TRACKER HQ.
Stage 2:
TRACKER HQ contacts the vehicle owner to confirm whether
the vehicle has been stolen. When confirmed as stolen to
TRACKER HQ and the police, the TRACKER unit hidden in the
stolen vehicle is activated. The vehicle is now emitting
a silent land based radio signal.

Stage 2:

the vehicle has been stolen. When confirmed as stolen to
TRACKER HQ and the police, the TRACKER unit hidden in the

a silent land based radio signal and its position is being
logged via GPS satellites.
Stage 3:
The silent signal can now be picked up by any of the UK's
52 police forces that are within the vicinity of the stolen
vehicle. The signal and the GPS satellite positional information
will work in conjunction to direct the police to the exact
location of the stolen vehicle.
Stage 4:
On customer request, a uniformed guard waits with your vehicle
until it is recovered to a destination of your choice -
anywhere in mainland Britain. This service applies only

TRACKER Echo utilises GPS* and GSM**
technologies to pinpoint your stolen vehicle. TRACKER also
provides you with an extra level of protection by fitting
a separate unit using our existing proven VHF land based
radio technology, that will lead the Police to the exact
location of your stolen vehicle.
This system also comes complete with a driver validation
tag which is registered to your vehicle and must be carried
with the driver on every journey. This tag ensures that
even if the car is stolen using your keys, TRACKER HQ will
be alerted of the potential theft immediately.
Stage 1:
If a TRACKER Echo equipped vehicle is illegally moved,
a movement sensor hidden in the vehicle sends a signal
to TRACKER HQ.
Or if the unique driver validation tag registered
to your vehicle cannot be detected by the TRACKER unit,
indicating that your car could have been taken with the
keys, again a silent alert is sent to TRACKER HQ.
Stage 2:
TRACKER HQ contacts the vehicle owner to confirm whether
the vehicle has been stolen. When confirmed as stolen
to TRACKER HQ and the police, tracking can commence. The
vehicle emits geographical positioning data via GPS and
GSM technologies and a silent land based radio signal.
Stage 3:
The geographical positioning data is being picked up by
the TRACKER 24 hour Control Centre. The vehicle's precise
position is determined and the appropriate police force
is notified. Meanwhile, the silent signal can also be
picked up by any of the UK's 52 police forces that are
within the vicinity of the stolen vehicle.
If the European coverage subscription has
been paid, then the same degree of tracking can be provided
in Europe in partnership with a new, multi-country 24-hour
service called EUROWATCH. On TRACKER's behalf, EUROWATCH
communicates with the appropriate European police force
to ensure the fast recovery of your vehicle.
Stage 4:
On customer request, a uniformed guard waits with your
vehicle until the AA recover it to a destination of your
choice - anywhere in mainland Britain. This service applies
only to stolen vehicles located anywhere within mainland
Great Britain.
