The MIDI Vision rotating beacon incorporates
a considerable technological advancement in beacon light
output by using Free-form optical technology. This has
the effect of increasing the light output of conventional
amber beacons by 20% or more over other products in
the market place and also meets the requirements of
the 'e' Approval Regulation R65 (where applicable).
This new beacon whilst only 145mm in height has an effective
candela intensity of 300cd which is 50cd more than other

The original 500 Series
rotating Beacon range featured performance ahead of
any other product available in its field. The addition
of free-form optical technology in the new enhanced
500 Series range further improves this performance benchmark
by offering even more light output, resulting in increased
user safety. In addition to free form optics on our
rotator range the latest energy saving xenon versions
are available with Double Flash, Quad Flash or E Approved
modules ensuring we have a Beacon suitable for every
application.
The 500 Series rotator range
utilises our proven dual voltage belt drive, incorporating
the original Vision Alert whisper-quiet rotators, which
established the market for quiet running, this too has
been further improved and remains the quietest on the
market. All rotating beacons carry the CE mark and are
E Approved to Regulation R65 where applicable.
The range is now available
in 5 colours and 7 base fixings including the original
'Mag 70', the first magnetic beacon rated at vehicle
speeds of up to 70 mph. The revised range also includes
two new re-designed single bolt beacons. The Tapered
Base version enables easy installation on any surface
including corrugated type steel roofs, whilst the Rubber
Base version absorbs shock and vibration, with all cables
passing through a single fixing bolt.

The 700 Series range is available
in 7 standard lengths supplied either with or without
illuminated centre section. We are also able to customise
any lightbar to meet customers specific requirements
up to a maximum length of 1830mm. Typical build specifications
may include illuminated signage, auxiliary lighting,
LED message displays or our Multiwave traffic direction
system.
Syncrovision - Nearly
all of our 4 Module range of rotating lightbars are
now also available incorporating synchronised rotators
ensuring full compliance with the provisions of the
European Approval regulation R65.
